Half-Time Report: Atletico Madrid on course for easy win over Eibar

Atletico Madrid seem to have wrapped up all three points at the halfway stage of their La Liga game at Eibar as they lead 3-0 after 45 minutes.

Antoine Griezmann put the visitors into an early lead as he controlled Raul Garcia's through ball before slotting the ball into the back of the net in the seventh minute.

Griezmann then turned provider as he swung over a cross for Mario Mandzukic, who prodded home a clever finish to double Atleti's lead.

Just three minutes after getting on the scoresheet, Mandzukic doubled his tally as he took advantage of some poor defending before rifling a powerful drive into the corner from the edge of the box.

Eibar almost pulled a goal back the stroke of half time, but Miguel Moya denied Manu Del Moral from point-blank range to preserve his clean sheet.
