Scottish League Two roundup: Leaders Arbroath come from behind to win

Arbroath continue to lead the way in Scottish League Two, but they had to come from behind at East Stirlingshire this afternoon.

Simon Murray give the visitors the lead in the first half, but two goals in as many minutes from David McKenna and Neil McCabe turned the match on its head in the second period.

However, a late brace from Paul McManus earned Arbroath a 3-2 win which keeps them three points ahead of Queen's Park, who edged out Montrose 2-1 with goals from John Carter and Paul Woods.

Annan Athletic moved level on points with four-placed East Fife after beating them 2-1, but they needed a last-minute penalty from Scott Davidson to edge out their opponents.

Albion Rovers consolidated their position in third with a 1-0 win at Clyde, with Liam Cusack finding the net early on, while Elgin City versus Berwick fell victim to a waterlogged pitch.

Full results: Annan Athletic 2-1 East Fife, Clyde 0-1 Albion Rovers, East Stirlingshire 2-3 Arbroath, Elgin City A-A Berwick, Queen's Park 2-1 Montrose.
