Derby County sign Swedish youngster Isak Ssewankambo

Championship promotion contenders Derby County have signed Sweden Under-21 international Isak Ssewankambo on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

The 18-year-old joins the Rams after a successful trial that followed his exit from Dutch top-flight side NAC Breda.

Before moving to Breda, Ssewankambo was part of Chelsea's youth and helped the Blues win the 2014 FA Youth Cup.

He was a regular for Breda, making 13 top-flight appearances before leaving the club last month.
