Chelsea linked with £13m-rated full-back Jose Luis Gaya

Chelsea join Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal in showing an interest in Valencia's £13m-rated defender Jose Luis Gaya, according to a report.

Valencia star Jose Luis Gaya has emerged as a reported target for Premier League leaders Chelsea.

The 19-year-old, who is said to have rejected the chance to sign a long-term deal at his current club this week, has already seen his name linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal.

A report carried in The Metro claims that Chelsea have now joined the hunt to land the Spain Under-21s international, who has been described by some as the best young full-back in world football.

Gaya has made 29 appearances for Valencia in all competitions this season, and is said to have a release clause of £13.2m in his contract.
