Chelsea are reportedly happy to sell Emerson Palmieri for €20m (£17.12m) during the summer transfer window.
Since his arrival at Stamford Bridge in January 2018, the Italy international has only ever been regarded as a rotational option at left-back.
However, with Marcos Alonso now back in favour, the 26-year-old has been limited to just one outing since Thomas Tuchel's arrival at the end of January.
According to Calciomercato, club officials are now open to parting ways with the player at the end of the season.
Napoli and Inter Milan are said to be monitoring the situation, potentially eyeing a compromise with Chelsea due to Palmieri's contract only running until 2022.
The former Roma man has previously acknowledged that he is keen for regular game time in a bid to keep his spot in the Italy squad.
