Chelsea offer Fernando Torres for Radamel Falcao?

Chelsea are reportedly ready to include Fernando Torres in a swap deal for Monaco striker Radamel Falcao.

The Colombian international has been a long-term target for the Blues, and Jose Mourinho was in Brussels on Thursday evening to watch him score for his national side as they won 2-0 against Belgium.

Mourinho is a keen admirer of the forward and is prepared to offer Torres and a cash sum to try and persuade the Ligue 1 side into doing business, according to The Express.

Despite Torres's good form this season, the Portuguese boss views him as expendable should Falcao become available.
