The Football Association has cut Cesc Fabregas's red-card ban to one game instead of three.
The Spanish midfielder was shown a straight red for violent conduct in the first half of Monday night's 3-0 defeat at West Bromwich Albion.
Fabregas was dismissed for kicking the ball into the head of West Brom's Chris Brunt and was initially given a three-game ban.
However, Chelsea appealed to the FA that the ban was excessive and their claim has been upheld by an independent regulatory commission.
Fabregas will miss the Blues' final game of the season at home to Sunderland on Sunday but will be available for the West London side at the start of next season.
By losing at The Hawthorns, newly-crowned champions Chelsea saw their 16-match unbeaten Premier League run come to an end.
