Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Will Puddy agrees new contract at Memorial Stadium

Puddy extends Bristol Rovers deal

Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Will Puddy has agreed a new contract with the League One club.

The 28-year-old played just 50 minutes of last season due to injury but has been at the club since August 2014 when he joined as emergency cover.

He told the official Rovers website: "It was an easy decision to extend my stay with Rovers. It's an ambitious club to be a part of. I can't wait to get back going again."

Puddy played in the Pirates' National League promotion playoff win against Grimsby at Wembley in May 2015.
