Carrasso: 'No pressure on Bordeaux'

Bordeaux goalkeeper Cedric Carrasso does not believe that his team are under any pressure going into tomorrow's Ligue 1 match at Marseille.

Les Girondins are fifth in Ligue 1 after winning four on the trot - a stark contrast to their early-season form, which saw them win just one in eight.

A win for either team at Stade Velodrome would see them occupying fourth in the table over the winter break.

"We almost couldn't have hoped for it when you see the start to the season we made," Ligue1.com quotes the 31-year-old keeper as saying. "There's a certain pride.

"We're going to Marseille without too much pressure. We've been able to pick ourselves up and we have a bonus match to play against OM."

Saint-Etienne retook fourth place with victory over Nantes this afternoon.
