Martin Olsson welcomes Chelsea interest

Blackburn Rovers defender Martin Olsson believes that his Premier League form has warranted interest from Champions League winners Chelsea.

Reports emerged earlier this month claiming that the Blues are keeping tabs on the 24-year-old full-back.

"I know there has been a lot of interest and I have heard about Chelsea," the Daily Mail quotes Olsson as saying. "It proves that I have done well this season."

Olsson could be one of many senior players leaving Ewood Park this summer following the club's drop into the Championship.
