Sports Mole previews Derby County's trip to Birmingham City on Saturday.

Birmingham City take on Derby County at St Andrew's on Saturday afternoon, hoping to secure three points to ease their relegation fears.

Lee Clark's Blues have won just one of their last six games in the Championship and are five points clear of the drop zone after Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Blackpool.

Derby come into the game looking for a victory to reignite their faint hopes of reaching the playoffs, despite being 11 points adrift of sixth-placed Brighton & Hove Albion.

Nigel Clough's side have not won any of their last seven matches, although they did hold leaders Cardiff City to a 1-1 draw in midweek.

Birmingham striker Marlon King has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury, so Nikola Zigic is likely to start up front.

Clough could select the same Rams side which drew with Cardiff.
