Sports Mole looks ahead to Tuesday evening's meeting of two sides who are far from safety in the Championship - Birmingham and Blackpool.

Both Birmingham City and Blackpool are still stuck in the Championship's relegation battle as they prepare to face each other at St Andrew's on Tuesday evening.

The two sides, who were both relegated from the Premier League the season before last, lie on 42 points and are just six points clear of the drop zone.

Neither picked up a win on Saturday as Birmingham were trounced 5-2 by promotion-chasing Hull City and Blackpool were held to a goalless draw by bottom-of-the-table Bristol City.

When the two sides last met in November, it was a 1-1 draw and a stalemate again seems likely.
