Bundesliga club-by-club transfer latest: August 2

Sports Mole rounds up all of the latest transfer news from Germany ahead of the new Bundesliga season.

The new Bundesliga season gets underway in three weeks, which means that every club in Germany is now under pressure to bring in new recruits before the end of the transfer window.

Below, Sports Mole takes a look at the latest rumours and all of the most recent deals to be completed ahead of the new campaign.

Bayer Leverkusen

It now appears that Leverkusen have won the battle to keep Christoph Kramer as the link with interested clubs from the Serie A weakens by the day.

However, there could soon be an arrival at the BayArena, with reports suggesting that the club are considering a loan move for Schalke's Kyriakos Papadopoulos, who missed most of last season due to a knee injury.

Bayern Munich

The agent of Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin has claimed that his client rejected the opportunity to move to the German champions as he was against the idea of becoming Manuel Neuer's understudy.

Bayern's CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has moved to dismiss speculation linking the club with a move for Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira, who is rumoured to be available for the right price this summer.

Borussia Dortmund

Rumours of a Manchester United move for Mats Hummels just won't seem to go away, with reports claiming that Dortmund would be willing to do business if they can bring Tiago Llori to the club on loan from Liverpool.

Marco Reus is believed to be resisting the opportunity to sign a new contract with Dortmund, and his agent hinted this week that there had been interest in his client from other clubs.

Eintracht Frankfurt

It was an important week for Frankfurt as the finally signed a striker to add firepower for the new campaign. It was confirmed on Friday that Haris Seferovic had completed his move to the club on a three-year deal.

Hamburger SV

Rafael van der Vaart has refused to play down reports that he could be preparing to return to the Premier League, with Queens Park Rangers believed to be interested in signing the Dutch playmaker.

QPR manager Harry Redknapp is yet to confirm that a bid has been made for Van der Vaart, despite singing his praises when asked about the link.

Hannover

Robert Almer left Energie Cottbus this week to join Hannover as the club finally addressed the need to add competition for goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler.

Hoffenheim

There was good news for supporters of Hoffenheim this week as Roberto Firminio, who found the net 16 times in the Bundesliga last season, dismissed the possibility of him moving to one of Europe's biggest clubs by insisting that he was not ready for a transfer.

Mainz 05

Nicolai Muller is believed to be attracting interest from a number of sides in Germany, but general manager Christian Heidel has claimed that the club will not be forced into selling the 26-year-old before the end of the transfer window.

Schalke

Schalke are yet to indicate whether they would be willing to loan Papadopoulos to Leverkusen for the season, despite reports in Germany suggesting that the Greece international could be surplus to requirements in Gelsenkirchen.

Stoke City defender Geoff Cameron impressed with his performances for USA at this summer's World Cup, and that form has reportedly attracted the interest of Schalke, who are considering making an approach.

Stuttgart

Business has been slow for the senior squad this summer, but Stuttgart have managed to beat off reported competition from Arsenal to sign highly-rated 15-year-old Georgios Spanoudakis, who has been labelled the 'new Mesut Ozil', from Barcelona.

Despite rumours linking him with a move to the Premier League, Antonio Rudiger has reassured Stuttgart supporters that he is committed to staying at the club.

Werder Bremen

General manager Thomas Eichin has reiterated his desire to keep striker Davie Selke by insisting that any club considering a move for the youngster can "save themselves the phone call".

Wolfsburg

The club received bad news this week with the news that Ivan Perisic would miss the beginning of the season, but the signing of a new striker could potentially soften the blow.

Rumoured interest in Fernando Torres is unlikely to result in a transfer, with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho claiming that the Spaniard is not for sale, but reports of a move for Swansea City's Wilfried Bony are starting to gather pace in Germany.
