A last-minute equaliser saw BATE Borisov confirm their place in the group stage of this season's Champions League this evening.
The home team worked hard in the first half to try to close the 2-0 deficit from the first leg.
Laszlo Lencse and Ravid Gazal were both guilty of missing good chances. Then just before half-time, Adrian Rochet saw his curling effort tipped over the bar.
After the break Ironi continued to press forward. Saleh Hasarma won a free kick in a good position, but saw his effort blocked by the wall.
With 25 minutes to go they got the breakthrough when Lencse was brought down on the edge of the box by Artyom Radkov. The striker picked himself up and fired the free kick straight into the top corner.
Shimon Abuhatzira went close from just inside the box as the home team pushed for a second goal which would have levelled the tie on aggregate.
Then, with almost the last kick of the game, BATE levelled the game and confirmed their qualification.
The ball fell to Aleksandr Pavlov in the middle of a crowded penalty area and the Russian smashed the ball home.
