Brazilian defender Maxwell has completed a move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain.
The 30-year-old full-back has cost the Ligue 1 team €4m (£3.3m).
"FC Barcelona wants to thank Maxwell for his effort, predisposition and contribution to the team's athletic successes during his time at the club," read a statement from the Catalan side.
Maxwell moved to the Nou Camp from Inter Milan in 2009.
