Team News: Atletico Madrid make three changes against L'Hospitalet

Atletico Madrid have made three changes for this evening's Copa del Rey second-leg clash against L'Hospitalet at the Vicente Calderon.

Ivan Perez is drafted into the starting XI to make his first-team debut as Guilherme Siqueira is rested, while Gabi and Alessio Cerci are also replaced in the team by Koke and Mario Mandzukic respectively.

Meanwhile, the third tier outfit sees Oliver Sanchez replaced between the sticks by first-choice stopper Carlos Craviotto in one of six changes.
