Andreas Weimann happy to play anywhere for Aston Villa

Andreas Weimann admits that he is happy to play in any position for Aston Villa this season.

Aston Villa forward Andreas Weimann has admitted that he is happy to play in any position for the team.

The Austrian, 22, has been deployed in a variety of roles for Villa this season, including up front, on the wing and behind a central striker.

"I am more than happy to play anywhere," Weimann told the club's official website. "I have played virtually everywhere in the forward positions on the pitch this season.

"As long as I am on the pitch, I don't mind where I play. I am a player who can adapt. I take things on very quickly."

Weimann has scored four goals in 25 appearances for Villa so far this season.
