Southampton's Sadio Mane scored the fastest hat-trick in Premier League history this afternoon.

Facing Aston Villa in the early kickoff, the Saints striker netted three times in 2 minutes 56 seconds.

The previous record was held by Robbie Fowler, whose hat-trick for Liverpool against Arsenal in 1994 came in 4 minutes 33 seconds.

Southampton currently lead Villa 4-0, with the club hoping to claim a Europa League spot for next season.
