Arsenal have reportedly opened preliminary talks with Toulouse regarding a deal for midfielder Etienne Capoue.
The 23-year-old has been a key component of Toulouse's push for European qualification this season, with reports in France suggesting that Arsene Wenger is ready to offer £10m for his services.
Capoue has been lauded as a future star and according to talkSPORT, the defensive midfielder is ready for a move to the Premier League.
The former France Under-21 came through the youth ranks at Le Tef, making his debut in 2007.
