Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has tipped Serge Gnabry to have a successful career at the club.

The 18-year-old has impressed for the Gunners this season, and Koscielny feels that the German has the potential to be a key player at the Emirates.

"Serge has a lot of qualities to be a good player and can help the first team to win," he told the club's official website.

"He has a lot of quality; he is quick, he has a lot of technique and he is so young so he has time.

"He needs to work hard in training to be with the first team but it is good for him to know the pressure of the game."

Arsenal host Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup on Saturday.
