Dean Whitehead claims Middlesbrough can win at Arsenal in the FA Cup

Middlesbrough can cause their second FA Cup upset in a row and win at Arsenal tomorrow, according to Dean Whitehead.

Middlesbrough midfielder Dean Whitehead has said that he is confident of another FA Cup upset in their game away at Arsenal tomorrow.

The Championship side knocked out Manchester City in the last round, but Whitehead believes that the Gunners won't underestimate his side like he says City did.

He told the Telegraph: "Manchester City made that mistake, I think they definitely underestimated us. They were complacent. All that stuff about travelling back from Dubai and landing the night before the game. They didn't expect us to cause them any trouble. It was very satisfying to cut them open in the second half. They weren't prepared for it."

He added: "I think Arsenal are the favourites to retain it now, but they certainly won't be treating us with the same lack of respect. We just think, if we've already beaten the champions away, why can't we also go and beat Arsenal. We know teams aren't going to take us lightly any more."

Middlesbrough are currently second in the Championship table.
