Team News: Mathieu Debuchy handed rare Arsenal start in Belgrade

Full-back Mathieu Debuchy comes in for his first start in 11 months as Arsenal take on Red Star Belgrade at the Rajko Mitic Stadium.

Arsene Wenger has handed Mathieu Debuchy a first Arsenal start in 11 months for this evening's Europa League meeting with Red Star Belgrade at the Rajko Mitic Stadium.

The French full-back, with just 16 minutes of action under his belt since November 2015, is one of 10 changes from the 2-1 defeat against Watford last weekend.

Goalkeeper Petr Cech is the only player to retain his place from that setback at Vicarage Road, as Wenger names a second-string side - set out in a likely 3-4-3 formation - for the Group H showdown in Belgrade.

In terms of the hosts, they can call upon first-choice keeper Milan Rodic after an injury scare, meaning that Nemanja Supic is only needed in reserve.

Branko Jovicic misses out on a place in the 18-man squad, but Vujadin Savic has overcome a fitness worry of his own to feature from the off.

Red Star are second in the standings heading into tonight's match, two points adrift of Arsenal who have six points from six so far.

Red Star Belgrade: Borjan; Stojkovic, Savic, Le Tallec, Rodic; Donald, Krsticic; Srnic, Kanga, Radonjic; Boakye
Subs: Supic, Racic, Milijas, Adzic, Babic, Pesic, Gobeljic

Arsenal: Cech; Debuchy, Elneny, Holding; Nelson, Coquelin, Willock, Maitland-Niles; Walcott, Wilshere; Giroud
Subs: Macey, Osei-Tutu, McGuane, Dasilva, Sheaf, Akpom, Nketiah
