Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette says that winning the Europa League would save their season and Arsene Wenger's job.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has set his sights on winning the Europa League and believes that clinching the trophy would help save manager Arsene Wenger's job.

The French coach has been under pressure for much of the season, with the Gunners struggling to keep up with the pace in the battle for the Premier League's top four.

Lacazette, however, said that going all the way in Europe would be enough to save their season.

"It can be the way to keep the manager because he did so much good for the club. We want to win trophies," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.

"It will save our season because in the Premier League we are not doing well. Winning a cup would be good."

Arsenal will take on Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals of the Europa League.
