Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain believes that he can have an impact for England at Euro 2012.

England winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has claimed that he can make an impact for his country at Euro 2012.

The 18-year-old was a surprise inclusion in Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad last month after making just one previous appearance for the senior national side.

However, he believes that he can make his mark on the tournament in Poland and Ukraine.

"There is a lot more to come from me. I definitely feel I can make an impact at the Euros," the teenager told The Mirror.

"You have to believe in yourself. If you don't, no-one else will. To get the call, to come into the England squad, you have to believe the manager has faith in your ability and I believe in myself."

Oxlade-Chamberlain won his second cap for England in Saturday's 1-0 win over Belgium at Wembley Stadium.
