Samuel Eto'o hails "larger than life" Jose Mourinho

Anzhi Makhachkala striker Samuel Eto'o has described Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho as "larger than life".

The duo worked with each other at Inter Milan during the 2009-10 season that resulted in the Italian club winning Serie A, Coppa Italia and the Champions League.

"He was a great person and a great coach," Eto'o told RT. "I have never met such a character that is larger than life.

"That year we won almost everything and then we parted. It was tough to take."

Eto'o left Inter to join Anzhi in 2011.
