The Dalai Lama has been confirmed to visit League Two side Aldershot Town this summer as part of his UK tour.
The spiritual leader of Tibet will hold a talk at the club's EEB Stadium to coincide with the eight-day event organised by the Buddhist Community Centre for the UK (BCCUK).
"This is a huge honour not just for the football club but for the whole Town that the organisers BCCUK have managed to secure this visit," said Aldershot's Associate Director Richard Petty.
"We are very proud to be the venue for such an important occasion.
"To make this wonderful event even more beneficial for his followers and anyone else who would like to attend, the whole of his talk will be delivered in English."
The 76-year-old, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989, is also scheduled to hold talks at the Manchester Arena and the Royal Albert Hall.
