Preview: AC Milan vs. Lazio

Two of Italian football's most famous clubs meet at the San Siro on Wednesday night as AC Milan play host to Lazio.

However, both teams are in need of the points following poor starts to the season.

Milan currently sit in 10th place in the table with 11 points from their opening nine matches, while Lazio are three points better off than their opponents.

Philippe Mexes remains banned for the hosts, who are also without Stephan El Shaarawy and Daniele Bonera.

Andre Dias and Vinicius are unavailable for Lazio due to knee and hamstring injuries respectively.
