Team News: Aberdeen unchanged for Hamilton Academical showdown

Aberdeen keep the faith in the side that lost to Dundee for today's clash with Hamilton Academical.

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes has made no changes from the side that lost 2-1 to Dundee in the Scottish Cup for today's Premiership clash with Hamilton Academical.

Midfielder Barry Robson was expected to make his comeback from injury against the Accies but failed a late fitness test, remaining on the sidelines with Nicky Low, Clark Robertson, Russell Anderson and Willo Flood.

Veteran striker Jason Scotland will lead the Hamilton attack in the absence of the injured Andy Ryan and the suspended Dougie Imrie.

Aberdeen could potentially leapfrog Hamilton in the table with a win today, heading into the match one place and two points behind their opponents in fifth.

Aberdeen: Brown, Logan, Considine, Taylor, Reynolds, Rooney, McGinn, Hayes, Pawlett, Goodwillie, Jack

Hamilton: McGovern, Gordon, Hendrie, Devlin, Canning, Gillespie, Routledge, Scotland, Crawford, MacKinnon, Andreu
