Taylor vows to "get it right"

Phil Taylor has vowed to "get it right" following three successive defeats in the Betway Premier League.

The 16-time world champion was defeated 7-4 by Peter Wright in Belfast last week, which came after heavy losses against Michael van Gerwen and Adrian Lewis in the previous two rounds of matches.

"I've lost 7-0, 7-3 and 7-4 – so I'm getting closer and I'll keep plugging away to get it right," the 53-year-old is quoted as saying by The Mirror.

'The Power' faces Australian Simon Whitlock in Glasgow tonight.
