Masters roundup: Raymond van Barneveld beats Michael van Gerwen

Raymond van Barneveld overcame fellow Dutchman Michael van Gerwen to progress to the semi-finals of The Masters on Saturday night.

'Barney' overcame 'Mighty Mike' 8-6 in Edinburgh to set up a last-four meeting with Adrian Lewis, who beat home favourite Robert Thornton 8-2.

Phil Taylor also won comfortably, beating Wes Newton 8-2 to book a clash with James Wade.

Wade produced a dramatic comeback to knock out Simon Whitlock, who led 7-4 before losing 8-7.
