The Kiwis batsman has added 57 runs since lunch and will be looking to match Brendon McCullum's feat of scoring a double century in this Test.

Pakistan have only been able to take one wicket since lunch, with Younis Khan catching Ross Taylor at first slip off the bowling of Yasir Shah, who claimed his second wicket.

Pakistan lead the series after winning the first test in Abu Dhabi and drawing the second in Dubai.
