England wrap up Twenty20 series

England have completed a 2-1 Twenty20 series win over Pakistan in the Middle East this evening.

Earlier in the match England had set Pakistan a total of 130 runs for victory thanks largely to a knock of 62 not out from Kevin Pietersen.

Pakistan's reply appeared to be going smoothly unitl Asad Shafiq was run out Craig Kieswetter for 34 runs.

Following Shafiq's dismissal, the Pakistani batsman struggled to build a notable partnership.

As a result they eventually fell six runs short of their target for the cost of six wickets.

A score of 130 is the lowest score that England have ever successfully defended.
