Chris Tremlett ruled out with injury

Chris Tremlett has been ruled out of the remainder of England's Test series with Pakistan.

The pace bowler was sidelined with a back injury for the second Test, with Monty Panesarr taking the 30-year-old's place.

A full replacement for Tremlett will be decided later today.

Tremlett spent five months on the injury list with a similar ailment before returning in the first Test in Dubai.
