Eoin Morgan: 'England struggling to find balance with bat'

Morgan: 'We can't find balance'

Eoin Morgan has admitted that England are struggling to adopt the correct tactics with the bat in Twenty20 cricket after a series defeat to the West Indies was confirmed on Tuesday.

A five-wicket defeat in Barbados handed the hosts an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, and Morgan revealed that he was concerned by how England start their innings after slipping to 26-3 early on at the Kensington Oval.

"We have enough power in the tank, but we're just faltering at the very start," Morgan, who captained the side in Stuart Broad's absence, told reporters.

"Finding the balance between being really positive and not losing wickets is difficult, and the margin for error when momentum is against you is very, very small."

The final match of the series takes place at the same venue on Thursday.
