Graham Gooch admits that he has concerns over the fitness of Stuart Broad and Steven Finn.

England batting coach Graham Gooch has admitted that the absences of Stuart Broad and Steven Finn for the final warm-up game leaves a "big question mark" over their first Test fitness.

Broad's absence was reported as a precautionary measure, however Gooch's comments have raised doubt over the all-rounder's recovery from a heel injury he picked up against Mumbai 'A'.

"It's not ideal," BBC Sport quotes Gooch as saying. "It puts a big question mark, that's fairly obvious."

The first Test of the four-match series starts on November 15.
