England require just 108 to beat the West Indies at Trent Bridge and wrap up a series victory over the tourists.

Tim Bresnan and James Anderson shared seven wickets as England dismissed the Windies for just 165 in their second innings.

Resuming on 66-6, Marlon Samuels added a stubborn 76 not out to his first-innings century and frustrated England on the start of day four.

Bresnan, who did the damage with three wickets in Sunday's evening session, claimed Darren Sammy lbw for 25 before Anderson trapped Kemar Roach plum in front to leave the tourists seven down.

Graeme Swann then had Shane Shillingford caught behind and only some big hitting from Samuels pushed the Windies' lead into three figures.

Number 11 Ravi Rampaul couldn't resist the England attack though as he edged to Bresnan off Anderson, leaving Samuels stranded at the other end.

England are set to begin their run chase at 14.20, hoping to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
