The clash was called off without a ball bowled due to steady rain at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Australia.

The decision was made an hour before the scheduled start of the contest, with the Lions already 4-0 down in the series.

Meanwhile, England are preparing for their Test series against New Zealand.
