Chris Woakes called up to England squad

Chris Woakes has been added to the England squad for the remainder of the one-day international series against the West Indies.

The Warwickshire all-rounder has replaced Jade Dernbach, who has been granted compassionate leave following the death of Surrey batsman Tom Maynard, which was confirmed during the early hours of this morning.

As a result, Woakes will take part in tomorrow's encounter at the Kia Oval, before the three-match series concludes at Headingley on Friday.

Woakes, 23, has played four one-day and three Twenty20 internationals for England.
