Tim Bresnan, Michael Carberry return to England one-day international squad

Tim Bresnan and Michael Carberry have returned to the England squad for the upcoming one-day international series against Sri Lanka.

Bresnan makes his comeback to the Three Lions setup following a spell on the sidelines with a back injury.

Meanwhile, Carberry has been given the chance to prove himself by the selectors after criticising his omission from last winter's ODI series in Australia and the World Twenty20.

Carberry has also been named in the England squad for their Twenty20 international against the World Twenty20 champions at The Oval on May 20.

England play the first of five ODIs against the Sri Lankans at The Oval on May 22.
