An arrest has been made in connection with the theft of the late Ben Hollioake's cricket kit, according to his brother Adam Hollioake.

ODI shirts, Test helmets and bats were among a long list of stolen property following the raid of the Hollioake family home in Perth, Australia, on Tuesday.

Adam said on his Twitter account: "A person has been arrested & a search warrant issued to potentially retrieve remaining kit.

"Grateful to the robbers... at least when they realised sentimental value they made an effort to return stuff.

"You twits r legends!!! Kit turning up by the hour..probably 75% of it back now..No doubt in my mind that u guys instigated us gettin it back."

Melbourne-born Ben, who died at the age of 24 in a car crash 10 years ago, won 20 one-day international caps for England.
