The one-day international between England and India at the Rose Bowl will begin at 7pm following an inspection.

Play was due to start at 2pm but persistent rain had resulted in the start being delayed.

England captain Alastair Cook has won the toss and elected to bowl.

The match has been reduced to 23 overs per side.
