England bowler James Anderson: 'I have no sympathy for Australia'

James Anderson says that he has 'no sympathy' for Australia following their second Test defeat to England in the Ashes series.

James Anderson has claimed that he has 'no sympathy' for Australia after England took a 2-0 lead in the Ashes series at the weekend.

The bowler has admitted that the team want to secure a 5-0 whitewash over the Aussies, who have been heavily criticised after losing the second Test at Lord's by 347 runs.

"I don't really feel any sympathy," Sky Sports News quotes Anderson as saying. "We want to win the series 5-0, so we will be doing everything we can in each game to win."

The third Test will get underway at Old Trafford next week.
