Aaron Finch century sets Australia on their way

Australia record a score of 329-5 in the first innings of the third ODI against South Africa in Canberra.

Aaron Finch struck a century to carry Australia to 329-5 in the third one-day international against South Africa.

The Baggy Greens won the toss and chose to bat first, with Finch racking up 109 before eventually succumbing to AB de Villiers in Canberra.

That tally included nine fours and three sixes to spearhead the Australia charge, while David Warner and Shane Watson scored 40 and 53 before being caught by De Villiers and David Miller respectively.

George Bailey came and went for 12 and Mitchell Marsh added a further 22 to the tally, leaving Steve Smith (73) and Matthew Wade (8) not out at the end of the session.
