Australian opener Aaron Finch confident ahead of New Zealand match

Australia will be unaffected by their long wait to play New Zealand on Saturday, says opener Aaron Finch.

Australia opening batsman Aaron Finch has said that their long break between Cricket World Cup games will have no impact as they prepare to face fellow hosts New Zealand on Saturday.

Australia's game with Bangladesh at the weekend was postponed, which means that by the time they face New Zealand they won't have played in two weeks.

Finch told cricket.com: "We came off a good game against England and we've had no problems really. We've been training well during the week and had a pretty solid session on Saturday when we were meant to play. We're feeling good and ready to go."

Australia and New Zealand have won all of their games so far.
