Joe Cordina: 'This is the best I've felt'

Wales boxer Joe Cordina has said that 'this is the best he has felt' following his victory over Team England's Pat McCormack in his opening bout of the Commonwealth Games.

Cordina overcame McCormack in the flyweight division on Saturday to set up a clash with Canada's David Gauthier, which takes place tomorrow.

"It is the best I've felt. Hopefully I can carry on the wins and then I would be able to fully answer that question," Cordina told Sports Mole.

McCormack was the first member of the Team England boxing team to fall at the first stage.
