Great Britain's Joshua Buatsi defeated by Azerbaijan's Teymur Mammadov

Great Britain's light heavyweight boxer Joshua Buatsi has lost to Azerbaijan's Teymur Mammadov at the European Games in Baku.

The 22-year-old lost out on a unanimous decision, with a score of 27-30 28-29 27-30.

Mammadov, who won bronze at the 2012 Olympics, will fight Poland's Jordan Kulinski in the next round on Saturday.

Buatsi won the England Elite Boxing Championship in 2014.
