Kal Yafai maintains unbeaten record

Kal Yafai recorded a points victory over Cristofer Rosales to extend his unbeaten record to 14 fights.

The Birmingham-born fighter has dropped down to flyweight, a weight class that he competed at during his time as an amateur, and he was able to produced a solid display against a tough opponent.

The 25-year-old was unable to add a 10th stoppage to his professional record, but he did enough to come away with a 79-76 triumph.

Yafai could now move on to an opportunity to fight for the WBC silver title in Birmingham on May 9.
