Billy Joe Saunders to face Chris Eubank Jr in November

Promoter Frank Warren has announced that European middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders will face Chris Eubank Jr on November 29.

The bout will act as the chief support to the world title eliminator between European heavyweight champion Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury, with the winner in line to face Wladimir Klitschko next year.

The two fighters have clashed verbally in recent months, with both claiming that they can end each other's unbeaten record in the professional ranks.

Saunders had looked in prime position to challenge for the vacant WBO title, but, after Demetrius Andrade was given an opportunity to face Matt Korobov, the 25-year-old has quickly agreed a deal to fight Eubank Jr, who has put together a series of impressive knockout victories during 2014.
