David Price: 'Losing to Audley Harrison would damage reputation'

Price: 'I have to beat Harrison'

David Price has claimed that his boxing reputation would be "in tatters" if he lost to Audley Harrison.

The two heavyweights fight for the British and Commonwealth titles on October 13 and Price believes that the stakes are high for him against the 40-year-old.

"The general perception of Audley Harrison within the public, unfortunately for him, is not a very good one," Price said. "If I were to lose then my reputation would potentially be in tatters."

"I've got a lot to lose, so I'm going to be so determined the fight goes my way that there's no other possible outcome."

Price is reportedly targeting a bout against Michael Grant following his meeting with Harrison.
