Floyd Mayweather Jr, Manny Pacquiao make weight

Floyd Mayweather Jr has weighed in a pound heavier than Manny Pacquiao ahead of their mega-fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

In front of a frenzied crowd at the MGM Grand, both fighters made their long-awaited entrance before tipping the scales on the main stage.

Pacquiao weighed in at 145lbs - 2lbs under the welterweight limit - before Mayweather came in at 146lbs.

WBA and WBC champion Mayweather will be attempting to extend his unbeaten record to 48 fights, while Pacquiao is putting his WBO belt on the line.
